Planning permission and listed building consent have been granted for a large rear extension and alterations to a listed property in Chester Row, Belgravia.
A pre-application submission had shown the Council were anticipating a fairly limited extension. A long process of negotiations was involved in this project, and the submission of detailed information on technical matters. Although there were still objections to the scheme, the applications were approved under delegated powers.
