We provided advice regarding the conversion of a dilapidated commercial building just off Oxford Street. Our advice looked at the heritage issues for the works to the building, and the change to a mix of commercial and residential uses. The work is now complete, and the ground floor occupied by The New Craftsmen gallery and shop.

We continue our long-standing work with the Royal County of Berkshire Polo Club, one of the top polo clubs in the country. Permission has been granted for a new pavilion on their No. 1 pitch to enable guests and members to watch matches and for hospitality events. A new access road will serve the pavilion, crossing fields and close to trees in this Green Belt location.
The Grosvenor Estate have published their review of completed projects for 2017, and once again we were pleased to see a number of our cases included in the annual publication. This included the project at Bourdon Street, where we provided heritage advice relating to the conversion of a former mews/stables to commercial space and two flats above.
