Rural land & property

We don't forget that 'town planning' should properly be referred to as 'town and country planning'. Being based in Berkshire, we have always had a strong rural client base in addition to our urban work. We regularly advise on agricultural matters, recreational and leisure uses, golf clubs, fisheries, polo clubs and other equestrian uses.

We have been successfully involved in schemes beyond the county and this has seen us gain permission for the conversion and reuse of rural buildings and new uses for rural land across the South East of England and the West Country.
