Individual householders

We have a wide client base of householders, for whom we have provided advice relating to proposed extensions and for the use of their land. We often work with architects and other professionals to provide specialist planning advice; we have worked with many for over 25 years. This has led to our mutual clients maximising the potential for their home, and also to avoid expense on proposals that are unlikely to gain permission. We have undertaken many successful appeals against the refusal of planning permission by a Council.

Householders and amenity groups often engage our services to advise in relation to nearby planning applications and make objections to the Council or Planning Inspectorate. Some of our personal clients have been with us for may years, as we have helped them over time manage their housing and land investments.
