The Spring term usually sees me lecturing on Planning Law and Practice at the Henley Business School, University of Reading, with lecture theatres like this one full of students. Empty universities and learning from home due to Covid means that this term's tuition is all online, but the town planners and real estate professionals of tomorrow are still being trained.
An unexpected side effect of the Covid restrictions and lockdown has been a big increase in planning applications. More people seem to be looking to extend their properties or build on land. And, understandably, others are wanting to protect their own property from insensitive development. Our book shows how to get involved in the planning process if you need to object to a planning application or appeal. For more information and to find out how to buy the book go to our website.
