Planning permission and listed building consent have been granted for internal and external works to a Grade II listed building, which forms part of the planned estate around Wilton Crescent and northern Belgravia. The renovation of the house will also see a roof terrace to the main house. We advised on the proposed works, in consultation with a wider professional team.
Client: private householder Permission has been granted for a replacement shopfront to a property in a conservation area, in central London. The work will see an enhancement to the appearance of what was a rather tired looking building.
Client: private landlord After a couple of planning applications and pre-planning applications, permission has eventually been granted for extensive works at the rear, basement and garden of a terraced house in Belgravia, London. The client wished to extend the house for his growing family, but the Council's restrictions on works in this part of London were very strong. After much persuasion we managed to secure a scheme for a two storey addition to the rear, a lowered garden, and a new taller closet wing extension.
