Residential developments

A solid client base has always been the smaller scale, bespoke residential schemes of houses and flats. We have obtained planning permission from Councils across London and the South East for both new build schemes and through the change of use, and regularly through the appeal process. This includes on challenging sites where planning policy issues are complex, or there is a difficult past planning history to overcome. We also undertake appraisals of land to inform clients of the potential for development. Submissions to developments plans can be undertaken.
