Planning permission has been granted for the installation of gates at the front of premises formerly used as artists' studios, but now in residential use. The site lies within a conservation area and is prominent in the garden square, and conservation officers had initially been cautious regarding the proposed alterations to the building. The case was demonstrated that there would not be any harm to the conservation area.

A change of use application has been granted under delegated powers in a light industrial business park to a new catering hospitality business. It was demonstrated to the Council that there would not be harm to traffic or neighbouring houses or other commercial occupiers.

Listed building consent has been granted for a new lift within a listed property in Mount Street, Mayfair. The work replaces a previous luggage lift that was original to the building. We demonstrated through detailed research and reference to policy that the proposed works and removal of the original lift would not harm the significance of the building.
