We were pleased to see a past project we were involved in appear on the cover of Grangewood's Estates Report. Their refurbishment of the listed St Mark's church stands next to a conversion of a listed townhouse, where we provided heritage and town planning advice for the Grosvenor Estate. The buildings set off each other very well, and are a great improvement to the conservation area.
Client: Grosvenor Estates
A Certificate of Lawfulness has been granted for extensive changes and a contemporary addition to a house within a conservation area in East London. This architect-designed scheme was anticipated to be contentious for the site due to contemporary elements, but we proved that the design was permitted development, and objections from the Council were rebutted.
Client: private householder
