We assisted with their move to new premises in West London, achieving the change of use of a former public house to become their new creative hub. The conversion has seen a clever renovation and adaptation of the property.

Listed building consent and planning permission have been granted for internal works to a large, laterally converted flat at a terrace of housing in Belgravia. The scheme also includes new plant and upgraded servicing for the property, including air conditioning apparatus on the roof. We were involved in presenting the case to the local planning authority and undertaking the necessary negotiations.
Client: private householder A planning application was submitted close to a client's house, in a village conservation area in rural Oxfordshire. The development would have seen a large increase in the amount of housing, close to the client, and with a very difficult access. The Planning Officer recommended the application for approval, but Councillors were persuaded to refuse planning permission.
