We were pleased to see completion of a recent project with which we assisted. The listed property was residential on upper floors, whilst the ground floor was a large garage. We provided advice on heritage and planning matters regarding the removal of the original garage and the use of that space as a new retail unit. The application was permitted by the Council. This work has been part of the Grosvenor Estate's continued regeneration of the area.

Planning permission and listed building consent have been granted for works to a former rectory in a Cotswold village. This will see both modern and traditional extensions to the house and alterations to the interior. We have been involved in a number of projects over the years within the Cotswold areas, and are pleased to have assisted in the work that will see the renovation and enhancement of this large family home.
Client: private householder Earlier in 2015 we obtained planning permission at a prominent site in Sunninghill village, Berkshire. The scheme involved change of use and a large extension to the first floor and roof in a conservation area. We were pleased to see the works completed and the new shop, with two flats above, lit up for the festive season.
