Appeal for two new houses in Surrey

Permission has been granted at appeal for the demolition of one house and the erection of two new houses on a 'backland' site in a Surrey village. The Council had refused permission on the grounds of harm to the character of the area and effect on neighbours. We demonstrated that the site could accommodate the two houses without problems, and that access would be acceptable.
