Planning permission has been granted for a large roof terrace on the penthouse suite in a prominent building on Great Portland Street, London. We have advised on the property for many years, and this is the latest change to securing prime flats in this former office building. We presented the case that the new roof terrace, with enclosures, would not harm the building, the conservation area or neighbouring amenity.
