A householder discovered during the selling of their property that there were a number of outstanding issues at their house; they had thought permission was granted for changes to the roof, rear extensions, side extensions and a studio building in the grounds of this locally listed building. We undertook a series of planning applications at short notice to regularise the various breaches of control, which involved sensitive discussions with the local authority and the potential purchaser of the house. The matters were all resolved quickly and the situation regularised.
