Our clients own a commercial building that was built as part of a mixed use development with a planning condition restricting the occupancy to very limited community and healthcare uses. This was restricting the potential letting of the building. We prepared a case to widen the Use Classes that could occupy the premises, in order to improve the chances for finding a new commercial occupier. The application was approved under delegated powers.
