A vacant office building in Kingston town centre has been granted permission to become student housing for the nearby Kingston University. We worked with commercial agents and an experienced architectural team to demonstrate there is no demand for the ageing commercial building, and that the proposed renovation and new use would provide good new student accommodation. We had to reassure the residents and planners the student use would be a good neighbour and provide an improvement to the conservation area.
